Clients must undergo identity verification and submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) and other relevant documents before engaging in business. We reserve the right to decline service to non-compliant clients.

4. Payments

All payments must be made to our verified company bank account. Morix Minerals Ltd is not liable for losses arising from payments made to third parties or unauthorized representatives.

5. Legal Contracts

Each transaction is governed by a legal contract signed by both parties. Clients are encouraged to read and understand the contract before signing. Morix Minerals Ltd is bound only by the terms in the official contract.

6. Liability

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure secure transactions. However, we are not responsible for issues arising from third-party logistics, unauthorized intermediaries, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Morix Minerals Ltd are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without written consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from transactions with Morix Minerals Ltd shall be governed by the laws of Zambia. Disputes will first be resolved through mediation before escalating to formal legal proceedings.
